Preparing for Your Event

We know this day is important to you. And we know you want it to be memorable and fun for your guests. So Jazz Conspiracy provides as much preparatory consultation as you need--including a wide range of pricing options, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails or anything else you need to put your mind at ease. Music shouldn't be stressful. So let us take care of you.

Some general things to consider when hiring a band:

• The band will need at least an hour to set up.
• The band will need access to a power outlet. Two are usually plenty.
• We can squeeze into really tight spaces. However, if you hire us with a singer, we will need slightly more space to accomodate the P.A. System (speakers and a small mixing board).
• Throughout the night, bands typically play several 45 minute sets followed by a 15 minute break.

We will of course help iron out these details with you - we've done it many times!
